We offer the above services for the investigation and restoration of contaminated sites under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA). Where appropriate, we use risk-based corrective action approach in developing a cost-effective solution or approach to comply with regulatory requirements.

ASBESTOS AND LEAD-BASED PAINT MANAGEMENT

Since regulations and guidelines on the management and control of asbestos containing materials and lead-based paint came into effect, Alisto has developed and provided services that are consistent with the regulations of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), including:
