The Western Regional Minority Supplier Development Council (WRMSDC), a local non-profit dedicated to promoting minority-owned businesses, announced the winners of the 2019 Excellence in Supplier Diversity Awards at its annual gala event in May 2019. Corporate Members and certified Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) competed for awards celebrating individual and corporate advocacy, MBE development, and partnership with WRMSDC. Award winners are recognized for their commitment to Supplier Diversity and outstanding efforts in advancing purchasing opportunities for minority-owned businesses.
For 2019, Alisto Engineering Group was the winner of the 2019 Supplier of the Year – Class 3. The Supplier of the Year winner of each of the four classes by annual sales volume was selected based on its demonstrated excellence in their services and products while showing growth in sales and job creation, as well as community involvement.
As the Class 3 winner with annual sales of $10 to $50 million, Alisto Engineering Group was selected and lauded by panel of judges as a loyal, caring, motivated, resilient, and innovative community partner with steady growth and unique ideas. The winner of this class also received a full scholarship from Robert Half to the JFK University’s Business Growth Acceleration Program (BGAP) in the fall.
