Environmental Resource Assessment and Management
Alisto conducts environmental assessments (EA) for projects in accordance with applicable regulations of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). The scope of EA services generally includes an evaluation of potential impacts of the proposed project on the public and affected environmental resources, and identification of mitigation measures to minimize or eliminate potential adverse impacts of the project or activity. This includes an assessment of the physical, cultural, historical and biological resources of the project area, such as public health and safety, wetlands, endangered or threatened species, air quality, land use, and groundwater quality that the proposed project or action may impact.
